The Client: A prominent building society is seeking an infrastructure security engineer!

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Up to 20% Discretionary Bonus + Additional Corporate Benefits Package

This entry-level position is ideal for a driven and meticulous cybersecurity enthusiast eager to develop skills within a vibrant, high-energy environment. The role involves supporting experienced consultants in cybersecurity projects, particularly those involving cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements
  1. A solid understanding of cloud security principles, preferably AWS, but Azure knowledge is also advantageous, along with an interest in compliance, security standards, and privacy.
  2. Knowledge of fundamental cybersecurity concepts such as firewalls, DLP, endpoint protection, and risk management.
  3. Basic awareness of DevOps and DevSecOps principles related to cloud security.
  4. Enthusiasm for participating in security architecture discussions and the deployment of security solutions.
