Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate Hydrogeologist to join the Ground & Water team in the UK. You will lead projects, provide technical direction, and mentor junior staff, delivering high-quality environmental consultancy services.

You will develop conceptual models, manage data, and engage with clients to identify opportunities, while staying up to date with technical and regulatory developments across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology or related field.
• Chartership or equivalent professional body.
• Experience leading projects and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrogeology projects and line manage staff.
• Provide technical direction and perform robust reviews of work.
• Develop hydrogeological conceptual models and data management plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
