Cushman & Wakefield have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Associate to join our market leading Healthcare Valuation team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for healthcare properties, including care homes, private hospitals, GP surgeries, and specialist facilities. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct valuations of healthcare-related properties in accordance with RICS standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare property market, including trends and regulatory changes.
  • Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.
  • Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full membership of RICS (MRICS).
  • Registered Valuer
  • Proven experience in commercial property valuation.
  • Experience in Healthcare or other Trading property Valuation is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus Enterprise is required.
  • A proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
