Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the specialty with robust systems and processes.
• Chair meetings with Group Manager, Modern Matron and Clinical Leaders to ensure sound operational management.
• Deliver performance against financial and activity targets and implement improvement plans.
• Develop service strategy and risk management in partnership with leaders.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and adverse events to reduce risk and promote quality.
