Job summary

Horfield Health Centre in the UK is seeking a General Practice Associate to join a multi-disciplinary team. The role involves 4-5 sessions per week with a mix of morning and afternoon slots, including a Wednesday PM session.

The team supports patients through a PMS contract across surrounding areas, delivering high-quality primary care. The successful candidate will be part of a well-established practice with a staff wellbeing focus and collaborative management meetings.

Responsibilities

• Acute and chronic medical care of patients and cross-cover for a buddy GP during core hours.
• Lead and participate in clinical quality programmes within the practice.
• Support performance management and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection legislation.
• Use EMIS Web and other IT systems accurately for patient data entry.
