GetHarley is seeking a strategic leader to manage brand partnerships and operations in a high-growth healthtech company. This role requires extensive experience in P&L management and team leadership, with responsibilities that include driving profitability and overseeing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate has a consulting or strategy background along with a passion for beauty and wellness.
This is a rare chance to own and scale one of the three sides of the marketplace inside a high-growth healthtech company reshaping how people access trusted skincare and pharma products. You’ll lead a high-performing team across brand partnerships, supply chain, and operations, with P&L responsibility for our fast-growing pharma and skincare product line. If you’re looking to build and run a mini-business within a scaling, mission-driven company — this is it.
We’re looking for a strategic, commercial, and execution-focused operator who thrives at the intersection of data, dealmaking, and delivery. You’ll be the driving force behind our product offering — from acquiring best-in-class brands and negotiating commercials, to forecasting demand, buying inventory, and ensuring it’s delivered on time and in full.
This is ideal for someone with a consulting or strategy background who has already stepped into commercial or operational leadership and is now ready to grow into a General Manager–track role.
