Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate to join the Global Transaction Advisory Group across London, Birmingham and Manchester. You will contribute to financial due diligence and deal support as part of a leading practice.

As part of TAG, you will work across the deal life cycle in a hands-on role, collaborating with senior professionals from a Big 4 background and delivering value to premium clients globally.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record – professional qualifications can include ACA and ACCA
• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) or in audit at a Big 4 firm is essential
• A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful
• Fluent business-level English is essential. Additional European language skills including French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable

The Team

Our TAG team has established Alvarez & Marsal as one of the leading providers of financial due diligence globally and the leading firm to develop a fulfilling career in Transaction Advisory. Our award‑winning practice includes over 1,200 professionals in over 40 offices across the United States, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. We work for premium clients on a selection of deals sector wide.

A&M provides investors and lenders with the answers needed to get the deal done. How You Will Contribute
