You demonstrate subject matter expertise across a broad range of financial law issues and possess strong commercial acumen aligned with senior legal roles in the industry. You have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial/finance agreements and are experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Your skills include:

• Strong technical expertise in structuring and negotiating complex financial and corporate transactions, with sound commercial judgment and regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical, solutions-focused advice.
