So who are you? Typically, you will have at least 6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally from a leading law firm or in-house within asset finance or banking. You demonstrate subject matter expertise across a broad range of financial law issues and possess strong commercial acumen aligned with senior legal roles in the industry. You have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial/finance agreements and are experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Your skills include:

  • Strong technical expertise in structuring and negotiating complex financial and corporate transactions, with sound commercial judgment and regulatory awareness.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical, solutions-focused advice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting.
  • Skilled in negotiating complex financial agreements and achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Effective at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, able to influence and advise at senior/executive levels.
  • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude.
