Job description

The Associate General Counsel will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Provide legal support for the Company's mortgage warehouse and repurchase facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and treasury functions.
2. Offer legal advice on issues related to the commercial real estate and multifamily industry, including bridge and mezzanine financing, and loan servicing.
3. Work on CRE commercial loan obligation securitizations and similar financial vehicles.
4. Provide guidance and legal advice to various business units within the Company.
5. Manage internal business relationships.
6. Assist with general corporate compliance and legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts related to the Company's joint ventures.
