Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with a CLO Manager or alternative investment manager, Trustee or CLO administrator.
• Finance, economics, business or accounting background.
• Advanced Excel skills; Excel Add-ins a plus.
• Ability to use AI tools and interpret complex legal docs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily traded cash projections and KPI meetings.
• Produce hypothetical trade results and weekly portfolio status reports.
• Advise on compliance tests, funding requirements and trading opportunities.
• Interact with Portfolio Management, marketing, client relations and external Middle Office.
• Review complex legal documentation and oversee monthly reporting.

It will suit an individual who has a high degree of technical capability, is highly inquisitive and has excellent communication skills.’Summary of our opportunityICG is one of the leading investment managers in the CLO sector and Liquid Funds space and currently manages over $20bn of assets across these strategies.The EU and US CLO Operations Teams are responsible for tracking investments and ensuring investors and portfolio managers have accurate and timely portfolio information. The team is also responsible for the documentation of CLOs and deals extensively with third party administrators and trustees. Activities will also include testing to ensure the portfolio remains within its pre-agreed compliance boundaries.Summary of OpportunityThe main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Monitor daily traded cash projections.Produce hypothetical trade results for Portfolio Managers proposed trades.Produce detailed weekly portfolio status reports and present to Portfolio Manager.
