About The Role Team – Member Active Engagement - IT
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
As an Associate Front End Engineer, you will undertake training and develop skills on the job. In this role, you will spend a substantial portion of time shadowing others and working with other engineers to write code and tests. You will write code that follows web standards, build your understanding of accessibility, and continuously expand your knowledge. Additionally, you will develop software that meets user needs, understand and implement the three fundamental front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and work with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Astro. You will also research alternative technologies to support user journeys and help define new processes.
