Job Title: Associate Fleet Analyst - Aircraft

At Babcock, we’re working to create a safe and secure world. Join us as an Associate Fleet Analyst at our Bristol site.

The role

As an Associate Fleet Analyst, you will monitor, acquire, and manage data from internal and industry sources to generate dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include onboarding and disposal of aircraft, financial management, performing through-life analysis, and supporting technical challenges affecting asset value. Specific duties include:

  • Managing the aircraft fleet database and repository
  • Supporting the achievement of fleet and technical strategies
  • Conducting aviation project work, including data capture, analysis, and presentation
  • Analyzing aircraft utilization and fleet management metrics
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, with hybrid arrangements of 2-3 days onsite and the remainder working from home.

Essential experience

  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 96 points from acceptable Level 3 qualifications, and Level 2 in English and Maths
  • Level 3 qualifications such as A-Levels or equivalent in a STEM subject are preferred

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance. Many roles are subject to national security and trade restrictions, which may affect eligibility based on nationality, citizenship, or residency.
