Associate Fire Service Analyst – West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service

About the Team

The Organisational Assurance & Governance (OAG) team provides critical support to the Service Executive Board on delivering efficient and effective programme management outcomes. The team brings a professional management approach to Fire and Rescue Service projects to ensure delivery through accountability.

The Opportunity
Salary: £28,624 to £31,067 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week
Location: County Hall, Chichester and hybrid working
Interview date: 09 and 10 July 2025

As our Associate Fire Service Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our fast-moving team that works across all areas of the Fire Service, meaning you will be involved in a variety of projects.

We use the latest technology to make the role exciting and there will be plenty of opportunities for training and development. You will have the chance to become more proficient in industry leading products such as PowerBI and Tableau. You will provide analysis and support to projects, workflows and data visualisations as well as business system specific requests for assistance.

The job is all about taking data and bringing it to life. Do this well and your work will have an influence on decision making at the highest levels of the organisation. We have a team culture of experimentation and trying new things, but when deadlines loom you will be expected to step up and deliver high quality work.
