Service Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: #Onsite with travel to customer sites and our ABB Leeds office. This role is contributing to the Emergency Lighting Business within the Smart Buildings division of ABB’s Electrification business primarily in the UK and Ireland and occasionally abroad. Main stakeholders are external customers, local Sales Organisation (LSO) and the manufacturing units. You will be mainly accountable for:
You will join a small and motivated EML Service team and will work closely with the Support teams from the Manufacturing Unit and the Local Sales Reps., where you will be able to thrive.
