Associate Family Lawyer (Fleet) – 3 to 5 years + PQE

Family Law Partners, an employee-owned firm recognized in Times Best Law Firms 2025, is seeking an exceptional Associate Family Solicitor/CILEX with 3 to 5 years + PQE to join our award-winning team. We have a strong presence in the South East and are recognized as leaders by Resolution, Chambers, and Legal 500.

Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives at Family Law Partners provide legal advice and represent clients in family law matters.

This is a full-time position based in our Fleet, Hampshire office. You will be supported fully but responsible for your own caseload and assisting on other matters. A passion for NCDR is essential. You should have excellent client care skills and always prioritize client needs.
