Job summary

Fisher German LLP in London seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to own service delivery across a portfolio of complex commercial properties in London and the Southeast. Based in the City, the role combines time at the London office with regular visits to client sites across the Southeast.

You will lead FM contract delivery from mobilisation through day-to-day performance, working with the Property Manager to ensure safety, compliance and value, and to drive improvements across each site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing maintenance or facilities management contracts.
• Experience managing contracts against KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Mobilisation, onboarding or contract transitions experience.
• Good working knowledge of Hard FM and M&E maintenance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience using Property Management software and Microsoft packages.
• Proactive when identifying improvements for clients.
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as contractor contact for allocated properties.
• Build and maintain strong contractor and tenant relationships.
• Produce and present monthly performance reports using the Vantify platform.
• Support contract retention through strong service delivery and client engagement.
• Coordinate service providers, onsite staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor PPM completion, reactive response times and SLA performance.
• Ensure Safe Systems of Work, permits, RAMS and site documentation.
• Support resolution of service failures, complaints and escalations.
• Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing management of contractors.
• Track remedial works, variations and additional service opportunities.
• Liaise with Fisher German teams on major works projects.
• Contribute to retention and development of maintenance contracts.
• Compile and analyse KPI and performance data.
• Ensure statutory compliance with client requirements using Vantify Risk Manager.
• Monitor contractual performance against targets.
• Use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of service delivery across a varied portfolio of complex commercial properties in London and the Southeast. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality services, strengthening client relationships and driving continuous improvement across each site.

Based in the City of London, the role will combine time at our London office with regular visits to client sites across the Southeast.

You will lead FM contract delivery from mobilisation and onboarding through to day-to-day service performance and longer-term contract development. Working in partnership with the Property Manager for each site, you will ensure services are safe, compliant, commercially effective and consistently meet client expectations.

We would welcome applications from experienced Facilities Managers, Contract Managers, Hard FM Managers or Technical FM professionals who bring strong client management skills and sound knowledge of M&E maintenance, compliance and building services. Experience of soft services would also be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have...

• Good working knowledge of Hard FM and M&E maintenance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Experience of using Property Management software and Microsoft packages
• Proactive when identifying improvements and solutions for clients
• Full UK Driving Licence
