Job summary

Dore Partnership in London is seeking Associates to join our London office, offering early responsibility and accelerated career progression in a meritocratic environment. You will conduct in-depth research, map markets, build relationships with senior professionals, and contribute to client reports and business development.

Role Overview

As an Associate, you will play a central role in identifying and securing high-calibre talent for our client partners. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth primary and secondary research to build a strong understanding of industries and market dynamics.
• Mapping markets and developing detailed knowledge of individuals, firms and sectors within our core areas.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior professionals and emerging talent.
• Producing high-quality client reports focused on human capital, alongside tailored project analysis.
• Contributing to search delivery and supporting broader business development efforts where appropriate.
