PETA is recruiting an Associate Engineering Instructor (Electrical & Electronic) to deliver engaging electrical and electronic training to apprentices, learners, and corporate clients from our Havant centre.
The role is flexible and based on a day-rate basis with potential travel to employer sites. You will mentor learners, develop schemes of work, and assess competence against standards, while promoting safe working practices and supporting career development.

At PETA, we work with some of the largest engineering businesses on the South Coast to develop the engineers of the future. Due to continued growth within our Engineering Department, we are now looking to recruit Associate Engineering Instructors (Electrical & Electronic) to support the delivery of our apprenticeship and commercial training programmes.
This role will primarily be based at our specialist engineering training centre in Havant; however, there may be opportunities to deliver training at employer sites where required.

Our Engineering team plays a vital role in developing the technical skills, knowledge, and behaviours required by apprentices and industry professionals. Through high-quality training and assessment, our instructors help learners build successful careers while supporting employers to develop skilled and competent workforces.
As an Associate Engineering Instructor (Electrical & Electronic), you will work closely with our experienced Delivery Manager and wider team of instructors, assessors, and administration staff who are committed to delivering an outstanding learning experience.
As an Associate Engineering Instructor (Electrical & Electronic), you will work on an agreed day-rate basis. We schedule training throughout the year to meet employer and learner requirements and will work with you to arrange sessions that provide flexibility for both you and our customers.
