Job Description

At Sentric, we're driven by a mission to create a fairer music industry for artists. We're looking for enthusiastic graduate and associate-level Software Engineers from the Merseyside area to launch their careers with our team in our modern Liverpool office. About the Role

As a Graduate/Associate Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact artists and the music industry. You'll learn from experienced engineers while contributing to real-world solutions using modern technologies including AWS, Vercel, Snowflake and many more.

What You'll Do
  • Develop user-facing and back-end features under the guidance of senior team members
  • Learn to build secure, scalable applications while working on production systems
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute fresh perspectives to solution design
  • Gain hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and modern development practices
  • Collaborate with a supportive team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Grow your skills through mentorship, code reviews, and exposure to diverse technical challenges
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and data engineering
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving problems
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Some experience with web development and cloud technologies (through coursework, internships, or personal projects)
  • Genuine interest in creating positive change in the music industry
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with C#, TypeScript, SQL, or similar languages
  • Any exposure to the music publishing industry or similar creative sectors

Requirements
