RNLI is seeking a proactive Engineer with a solid foundation in marine engineering and hands-on experience in marine electronics. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading marine systems, especially electronic subsystems, across the lifecycles of our vessels and platforms.
The successful candidate will diagnose faults, integrate new electronic systems, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting and enhancing the performance of marine systems throughout their operational lifecycle.
