Overview
The Associate Endovascular Planning Specialist is responsible for planning Custom Made and Zenith endovascular stent grafts based on physicians' instructions for the requested endograft.
Responsibilities
- Review digital images to plan appropriate endovascular grafts under supervision.
- Plan custom made and standard Zenith endografts.
- Meet quality and quantity expectations for case planning.
- Complete administrative duties accurately.
- Resolve customer and colleague inquiries with support.
- Liaise with physicians and Cook teams to determine suitable graft designs.
- Participate in planning meetings and communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Support training sessions and workshops.
- Actively incorporate feedback to improve tasks.
- Attend clinical procedures involving ionizing radiation.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and workshops, with some travel.
- Follow travel guidelines and submit expense reports timely.
- Adhere to Cook’s Code of Conduct in all business activities.
Qualifications
- Qualified Radiographer/Medical Image Technician or equivalent with CT experience (desirable).
- Experience with CT workstations and TeraRecon or similar software (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated problem solver.
- Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and apply knowledge for informed decisions.
- Calm and receptive in fast-paced environments.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to attend workshops or conferences outside normal hours.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Effective communicator in English, professionally and clearly.
