Job description

Overview

The Associate Endovascular Planning Specialist is responsible for planning Custom Made and Zenith endovascular stent grafts based on physicians' instructions for the requested endograft.

Responsibilities

  1. Review digital images to plan appropriate endovascular grafts under supervision.
  2. Plan custom made and standard Zenith endografts.
  3. Meet quality and quantity expectations for case planning.
  4. Complete administrative duties accurately.
  5. Resolve customer and colleague inquiries with support.
  6. Liaise with physicians and Cook teams to determine suitable graft designs.
  7. Participate in planning meetings and communicate effectively.
  8. Collaborate with team members.
  9. Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  10. Support training sessions and workshops.
  11. Actively incorporate feedback to improve tasks.
  12. Attend clinical procedures involving ionizing radiation.
  13. Participate in meetings, conferences, and workshops, with some travel.
  14. Follow travel guidelines and submit expense reports timely.
  15. Adhere to Cook’s Code of Conduct in all business activities.

Qualifications

  1. Qualified Radiographer/Medical Image Technician or equivalent with CT experience (desirable).
  2. Experience with CT workstations and TeraRecon or similar software (desirable).
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  5. Self-motivated problem solver.
  6. Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
  7. Ability to follow instructions and apply knowledge for informed decisions.
  8. Calm and receptive in fast-paced environments.
  9. Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  10. Willing to attend workshops or conferences outside normal hours.
  11. Punctual and reliable attendance.
  12. Effective communicator in English, professionally and clearly.
