Job Title - Associate Electrical Engineer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Discipline Lead with excellent design, communication, technical, and sustainability skills who enjoys working collaboratively in multi-professional design teams, taking responsibility for projects from inception to completion to achieve outstanding results.

This leadership role involves responsibility for the financial performance of projects, including liaising directly with clients on fees and commercial matters. You will oversee total project delivery by enabling effective team management and delegation to ensure efficient and satisfactory completion of multiple complex projects, reporting to the Project Director.

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for candidates who:

  1. Have achieved Chartered Engineer status
  2. Are degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar, ideally to master level
  3. Are skilled in winning and delivering a range of projects
  4. Can provide leadership of electrical teams on multidisciplinary projects
  5. Have strong awareness of sector-specific legislation, code requirements, design guidance, and future trends
