Job Description:

Our current wide-ranging project portfolio includes work in the science and research, advanced manufacturing, motorsport, education, defence, commercial, and residential sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP engineering teams delivering various project work.
• Manage risk within MEP engineering projects; possess good knowledge of MEP scope/appointments and excellent commercial acumen.
• Act as the lead engineer in a design team responsible for electrical building services concept and detailed design.
• Supervise and monitor the work of others in this function.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Produce reports, drawings, and specifications for various RIBA design stages.
• Utilize CAD, BIM (Revit), and other resources to design systems required for the project.
• Liaise with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors, within in-house and external project teams.
• Attend project group and technical meetings.
• Ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems comply with legislative and health and safety standards.
