This position: Associate Electrical Engineer is with one of The Midlands leading multi–disciplinary Consultancies who have a modern approach to working and are picking up substantial works with new and existing clients.

You will be involved in some amazing projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the Electrical team. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As an Associate Electrical Engineer you will be:

• Leading the design of projects up to the value of GBP10M
• Managing two Electrical Design Engineers, mentoring them and helping them to progress
• Leading Client meetings, being a client facing member of the team
• Designing Electrical aspects of projects including Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security and Access Control
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels and Leisure
• Using the latest Design packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an Associate Electrical Design Engineer, Associate Electrical Engineer or Associate Electrical Building Services Design Engineer, with a Consulting background. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as CAD and Revit MEP. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, CIBSE membership.

As an Associate Electrical Engineer your salary will be within the GBP65–70K region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as life insurance and pension.
