We are seeking an outstanding and inspirational practitioner with strong leadership experience in Language, Literacy and Communication (Welsh) to join our School Improvement Team as an Associate Educational Support Adviser.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to extend their influence beyond their own school and contribute to system-wide improvement in literacy outcomes, particularly reading, writing and oracy, across our schools.
Over the next two years, there will be a particular strategic focus on improving reading across the Local Authority, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving this priority forward.
Working as part of the Local Authority School Improvement Team, you will support the delivery of high-quality, equitable education in line with Curriculum for Wales, collaborating with school leaders to strengthen teaching, learning, leadership and learner outcomes.
