We are seeking to enhance our education team and looking for an associate who is passionate about education law. Whether you have experience in both non-contentious and contentious education matters or are a recent qualified (NQ) with a keen interest in the education sector, we want to hear from you. This role offers a genuine opportunity to work on a national scale, advising on a wide range of issues including safeguarding, data protection, SEND, and disability discrimination.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide timely and competent advice to our education clients.
  • Understand and manage client requirements effectively.
  • Prioritize work and develop your technical, sector, and commercial knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
  • Actively participate in business development and marketing activities within the education team.
What we are looking For?

  • Individuals with experience in advising on education sector matters.
  • Excellent legal drafting skills and the ability to provide clear, concise, and commercially relevant advice.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and government policy within the education sector.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious, focused, and results-oriented.
