Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Associate Driver to join our transport team. You will be responsible for the safe and timely collection, transportation, and delivery of products, materials, and medical samples across various locations.

You will maintain service excellence by ensuring shipments are documented and delivered in line with procedures and regulatory requirements, while following routes and vehicle protocols.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled collection and delivery activities in line with service requirements.
• Verify shipment details and obtain proof of delivery documentation.
• Transport products and medical samples safely and securely.
• Follow designated routes and temperature-controlled transport requirements where applicable.
• Communicate delivery progress, delays, and shipment exceptions promptly.
• Support loading, unloading, packaging, and labelling activities.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance requirements.
• Assist with specialist transport services, including airport, transfer-point, and hand-to-hand deliveries.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, courier operations, delivery services, or a related field required. Certification in dangerous goods awareness, licensure in operation of the applicable vehicle class, cold chain handling, or equivalent required.
