Job Description:

Our client, a successful Scottish law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, specialising in Family Law.

As part of a dynamic team, you will handle a wide range of family law matters including separation, divorce, civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes, child law, and various dispute resolution methods. You will manage your own caseload independently while also collaborating on complex cases.

Candidates must have at least 5 years’ PQE in family law, strong independent case management skills, advocacy experience or interest, and a proactive approach to team and business development.

The position is full-time; however, those wishing to work on a part-time basis are encouraged to apply, and the firm is open to flexible working arrangements.
