Job summary

Queen’s Tower Advisory is seeking an Associate Director in Transaction Services to lead client engagement and drive due diligence engagements. You will oversee delivery, manage junior staff, and interact directly with clients to ensure successful project execution.

You will contribute to a high-performance culture with clear progression to Director and beyond, while supporting technology-driven deal execution and market development.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent and post-qualification experience in Transaction Services.
• Experience at Big 4 or leading advisory firm with exposure to private equity and corporate clients.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to translate data into client-ready insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver workstreams on financial due diligence projects with quality outputs and deadlines.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, interpreting findings and delivering insights.
• Supervise and mentor Analysts and Executives; provide coaching and ensure high-quality work.
• Use advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve reporting and delivery.
• Assist in proposals, pitch materials, and market research for potential clients.
• Support evolution of QTA’s methodologies, templates, and knowledge base.
