WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of your time, in the office.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in growing and deepening our Transaction Banking relationships with large corporate clients. You’ll work with clients across the Consumer and Retail sectors and will join a high performing team with strong growth ambitions. You'll work in partnership with various teams across the Corporate & Institutional Banking division to deliver for our clients and the Bank.
As an Associate Director within the team, you’ll be at the forefront of growing client relationships, with a specific focus on delivering our Transaction Banking growth strategy into 2025 and beyond. This includes supporting clients with their Cash Management and Payments, TFX, Liabilities, Trade Finance, Card Acquiring and Card Issuance needs.
You’ll be responsible for actively managing and pursuing transaction banking revenue through new-to-bank relationships and by deepening existing client relationships using a consultative, client‑led approach to help clients solve their challenges and achieve their priorities, drawing on the latest in innovation and the significant investments Lloyds Banking Group has made in its transaction banking suite.
This role requires you to bring product knowledge, market awareness, and relationship management experience to deliver the best possible solutions to our clients.
