Responsibilities

• An established Associate Director with proven big brand integrated campaign experience.
• Ability to oversee a portfolio of £750-1 million in fee income per annum - managing 4-5 accounts.
• Diverse client mix likely to include a leading alcoholic drinks brand, travel operator plus others (again, big budgets for big creative campaigns).
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts, as well as leverage industry connections to drive new business opportunities.
• Outstanding creativity & idea generation is a plus, alongside proven proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Inspiring team leader leading by example and able to manage sizable teams and demonstrate you can develop and train juniors to optimise performance.
