Overview

Associate Director / Technical Director Structures - London: You will lead and help grow an expanding team of structural engineers based in our London office, reporting to the national lead of Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the existing team of structural engineers; contribute to recruitment and winning work.
  • Develop links with sister Tetra Tech companies to widen the offering to include structural engineering and develop new clients in the London market.
  • Collaborate with an established team of senior directors in London and national structural engineering technical directors for support and guidance.
Qualifications
  • Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer, ideally with extensive post-chartership experience across a range of projects, sectors and material types.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership of a small team.
  • Understanding of business finance on projects and responsibility for delivering to programmed cost for the team.
