Qualifications

• At least ACA, CA CTA, ADIT or equivalent educational qualification.
• Experience handling M&A tax matters is preferred.
• Ability to produce well-supported technical research using relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax structuring advice for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Lead due diligence meetings and oversee analysis.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills

UK corporation tax compliance and / or M&A experience

Exposure to tax issues – transfer pricing, R&D, VAT

Proven experience in client handling and project management

Experience advising on technical tax matters

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education

Qualified chartered accountant or tax adviser (ACA, CA CTA, ADIT)
