Due to strong growth in our Sustainable Water Management (SWM) business, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of over 300 water science and engineering experts. Your focus will be on delivering projects and strengthening our technical capabilities in water environment and EIA projects, primarily for clients in the Highways and Energy sectors.
The SWM team operates nationally, sharing work fairly and transparently, considering personal interests and development goals. As a senior team member, you will be involved in the growth, development, and resourcing of the team.
We seek a professional with experience working with Highway Authorities and/or the energy sector, with a solid understanding of legislation such as the DMRB, Water Framework Directive Regulations, Environmental Permitting Regulations, Flood and Water Management Act 2010, and the National Planning Policy Framework related to water environment. Expertise in water quality, EIA, and sustainable drainage is preferred, along with familiarity with other water disciplines to manage complex projects.
The role is at Associate Director level, with flexible location options within the UK and a hybrid work arrangement.
