Role Overview

The role is responsible for leading stages in the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The goal is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans based on business strategy, with a mid-term impact on overall business results.

Responsibilities
  • Identify access suppliers/partners at national and regional levels, and assess competition to deliver last mile connectivity.
  • Lead negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Explore opportunities to expand business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
  • Design feasible offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
  • Support sales and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc negotiations for special pricing, non-standard offerings, or expedited delivery to increase win rates.
  • Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews with key suppliers focusing on pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales experience.
  • Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to meet delivery timelines.
  • Require experience in telecommunications, especially managing telco partners.
