Job Description

The role is responsible for leading one or more stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, such as identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This is a tactical role that contributes to defining the operating plans based on business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on the business unit's overall results.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Explore opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective and feasible offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market considerations.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams with special requests such as pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to enhance bid success and win rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operation levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Experience in telecommunications, especially in managing telco partners.
