The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans based on business strategy, with a mid-term impact on overall business results.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competitors to deliver last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
• Explore opportunities to grow business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams with special requests like pricing, non-standard offerings, or expedited deliveries to enhance bid success rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Assist in planning for jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
• Require experience in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
