Brief Description

Responsible for managing international supply chain logistics for Jazz products in compliance with GDP and other regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain logistics strategies to meet business needs.
• Lead projects such as network development, shipping route design, validation/qualification, temperature-controlled logistics, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with functions like Tech Ops, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial to achieve logistics objectives.
• Ensure timely supply and distribution of products, monitoring partner performance and implementing improvements.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers through regular communication and performance reviews.
• Oversee logistics operations, including shipment tracking and system accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, minimizing risks and costs.
• Work with commercial teams to interpret demand forecasts and manage product positioning.

Essential Functions

• Manage logistics providers, ensuring product availability and efficiency.
• Produce performance reports and lead review meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for logistics providers, managing relationships and performance metrics.
• Address quality issues and participate in CAPAs.
• Support other logistics team members and global supply chain functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of GDP practices and import/export procedures.
• Experience with temperature-controlled shipments across air, ocean, and truck modes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or related field.
