Job Description:

Walker Cole International is currently searching for an Associate Director - Supply Chain to join a biotech client specializing in advanced therapies based in London.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Associate Director - Supply Chain will include:

• Overseeing production and planning activities, including site planning and production schedules for internal manufacturing, validation, and maintenance activities.
• Managing site supply planning within the global S&OP process to ensure sufficient product supply.
• Building cross-functional relationships across Operations and the wider organization.
• Monitoring supply chain performance against KPIs.

A successful candidate for the Associate Director - Supply Chain will demonstrate the following:

• Degree-level education in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Work experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.
• An open mind to learning and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
