Associate Director Structural Engineer — London EC1 — £75k-£100k

Are you an experienced buildings design engineer who is brave, ambitious and keen for something different? Can you win business? Interested to be in at the start of something big?

Opportunity

A new London office is landing - a reputable International design consultant with big plans for their London division. The well respected and highly qualified London Director is already in place. The recruitment of the senior structural team is the first stage to build the operation. The office aims to be up to 30 staff within the next few years.

Responsibilities
  • Support the start-up of the London office and lead recruitment of the senior structural team.
  • Provide strong buildings design engineering delivery with good technical capability.
  • Demonstrate project running skills and business development to win work.
  • Collaborate with international projects and leverage existing London clients as they build the London operation.
Qualifications
  • Ideally MICE or MIStructE qualified
  • Good technical buildings experience; excellent project running and business development skills
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
