Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Contracts professional to lead category strategies across professional, corporate, marketing and HR services. You will manage supplier negotiations, renewals and panel strategies while partnering with Legal, Finance and HR to deliver value for money and compliant spend management.

The role offers hybrid working in the UK with a focus on global procurement processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business focus.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or related field.
• Experience managing spend across multiple categories including professional, corporate, marketing and HR services.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing events and negotiate favorable terms.
• Experience working with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance and HR stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned to priorities and budgets.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Own renewal planning, risk mitigation and pricing strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure value for money.
• Support panel strategy and cost containment in legal and professional services.
• Track savings, renewals, cycle times and supplier performance.
