Job Overview

The Associate Director, Strategy Pricing collaborates with internal stakeholders and clients to develop and implement innovative pricing and delivery strategies. This role supports sales, revenue, and profit growth across IQVIA’s Clinical Development business line by delivering cost-competitive and client-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated pricing support across functions and therapeutic delivery units.
  • Translate operational strategies into competitive pricing models aligned with client needs.
  • Develop and implement traditional and non-traditional pricing and delivery methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of pricing tools and systems.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to ensure consistent application of pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate financial and business terms for contracts, including innovative pricing models.
  • Support leadership in achieving team goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage team members, including performance management, development, and HR-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, Contracts, Finance, or CRO industry, with at least 5 years in pricing.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, finance, operations, and contract negotiation within the CRO industry.
  • Strategic business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience evaluating business plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
