Overview

We are recruiting for an Associate Director Strategic Estates Advisor for a leading specialist consultancy that transforms environments for clients in health and life sciences.

This role will develop a strategic advisory service offering strategic planning and consultancy services focusing on estates strategies and development control plans, developing client teams, optimising the estates portfolio through efficient asset management and ensuring strategies align with long‑term plans. You will also develop a team, engage with customers to secure future clients, lead and deliver business cases, be responsible for your own profit and loss, write proposals and support tenders, and ensure best practice and robust processes within your team.

Benefits

Competitive salary package of £82,000 – £93,000 plus benefits.
