Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Director, Solution Architect to lead architectural vision for large government programmes. You will shape mission-critical services, drive modern cloud-native solutions, and provide technology leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have extensive UK Central Government experience, strong leadership of enterprise-scale cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and hands-on SaaS experience with Salesforce

Qualifications

• UK Central Government experience is essential.
• Proven leadership delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SaaS solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs and integrations.
• Experience with Agile delivery approaches.
• Strong data architecture, governance and lifecycle understanding.
• Knowledge of GDS Service Standard and NCSC security principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• SC Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision and strategy for major government programmes.
• Translate business, policy and user requirements into enterprise-level solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures across applications, data, infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural assurance throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and influence senior decision-makers.
• Establish governance, best practices and architectural standards.
• Mentor solution architects and technical specialists.
• Support business development and growth initiatives in Central Government.
