A prestigious property consultancy is seeking a talented and driven professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in London. This is a senior-level role focused on estate and property management, with exciting opportunities to contribute to the team's growth in areas such as Natural Capital and Rural Diversification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead asset manager for a major estate client, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of rural assets and drive strategic objectives.
  • Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business lines.
  • Lead a high-performing team on a principal instruction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
  • Support business development and contribute to the team's expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in managing rural assets including let farms and residential properties.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Skilled in budgeting and resource deployment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • CAAV/SAAVA membership is a plus.
