A leading company in the infrastructure sector is seeking an Associate Director to lead client engagements and business development. The role involves managing projects, developing solutions, and mentoring junior team members while focusing on Net Zero and Renewables sectors.
KPMG UK’s Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) is a team of roughly 400 professionals and is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and commercial advisers in the infrastructure sector. IAG has locations in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester, but operates on a national basis.
IAG provides in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure in the UK and internationally. This includes strategic advice for companies and investors, developing business cases for public sector projects, and facilitating negotiations to bring public and private sectors together. We also collaborate with other KPMG functions on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, tax, accounting, and due diligence.
Social infrastructure is a key focus for IAG, covering real estate (healthcare, housing, education) and decentralised energy sectors. Our work spans from developing new infrastructure to retrofitting and decarbonising existing environments.
Our services cover the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including feasibility assessments, commercial structuring, business planning, financing, procurement advice, and dispute resolution.
The business is expanding rapidly, seeking a high-caliber candidate to support current projects and grow in the Net Zero and Renewables sectors.
The Associate Director is a senior team member responsible for leading client engagements and business development. Progression to Director is possible with a strong business case.
