Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Facilities to lead facilities operations across EMEA and GA. The role focuses on governance, budget alignment, and delivering the BD Excellence Program across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities management within a high-tech industry, with strong leadership and communication skills, and relevant HVAC/building automation certifications. The role is based in the UK with a strong on-site collaboration culture.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in HVAC, building automation, or controls (preferred).
• IFMA certification (preferred).
• A strong understanding of Lean Practices and Operational Excellence.
• Experience with budget management over $10 million.
• A proactive approach passionate about safety and emergency response.

Responsibilities

About the role

As Associate Director, Regional Facilities, you will lead all aspects of facilities operations within the EMEA and GA region. About you

You have a proven track record in facilities management within a high-tech industry, with at least 5 years of direct experience. Your strategic orientation and positive relationship management skills will drive performance results and collaborator happiness. You possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in HVAC, building automation, or controls (preferred).
• IFMA certification (preferred).
• A strong understanding of Lean Practices and Operational Excellence.
• Experience with budget management over $10 million.

Salary range for this role: £130,000 - £140,000 per annum. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and business considerations
