Job summary

Survey Solutions Group is seeking an Associate Director to oversee all operations and drive growth within a key rail division. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across rail, infrastructure, engineering and monitoring, with responsibilities including business development, project delivery oversight and client relationship management.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary rail and infrastructure teams.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across the division to ensure excellence and client satisfaction.
• Lead tendering and proposal development with sales/marketing.
• Manage department P&L and ensure revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing department team.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and forums.
