Job Title: Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

Location: Birmingham city centre (hybrid working arrangement)

Salary: Up to £75,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + excellent private sector benefits package.

• Deliver high-quality quantity surveying services across diverse projects.
• Perform Contract Administration & Employer’s Agent duties.
• Coordinate closely with Birmingham and London teams to ensure streamlined service delivery.
