Inizio Ignite in London, United Kingdom, seeks an Associate Director to lead major quantitative brand tracking programmes across multiple waves and markets. You will coordinate with central client teams, offshore partners, and internal colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in primary quantitative market research within healthcare, ideally with major tracking or syndicated programmes.
• Demonstrable experience managing major quantitative programmes, including dashboard outputs, reporting workflows and multi-wave delivery.
• Significant experience managing projects autonomously and building client relationships across the full research lifecycle.
• Expertise in long-term planning across multiple waves and multiple markets.
• Experience collaborating with teams across geographies, including offshore teams.
• Exposure to innovative methods, including AI and automation in market research, would be preferred.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills with clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major brand tracking programmes with the Program Director Lead, keeping scope, cadence, quality and priorities aligned across each wave of research.
• Liaise directly with central client teams, central TA leads and internal RP teams, capturing changes and keeping the programme on track.
• Partner with project teams to ensure delivery against programme objectives and reporting timelines.
• Lead the central workflow from questionnaire review to input collection, coding, tab specs, data production, dashboard updates and automated reports.
• Manage external vendors and offshore teams to deliver high-volume outputs to a high standard and on time.
• Run training sessions for junior and mid-level staff to build capability across tracking, reporting, dashboards and workshops.
• Act as a TA subject-matter expert, delivering clear presentations and coordinating cross-team efforts.
• Line-manage and mentor at least one direct report for professional development.
